Now In Stock: 1:18 2018 Camouflage Test Livery + Courtney Boost Mobile & Davison Milwaukee 2020 Season Mustang Supercars

This week we're really excited to be releasing three new highly anticipated 1:18 Scale Ford Mustang GT Supercar models which are now available to purchase online and at stockists.

First up we have a model of the very first Mustang Supercar that was unveiled during homologation testing in 2018 featuring a very distinct and somewhat controversial camouflage livery that was specifically designed to confuse prying eyes and hide some of the Mustang's distinct (but very legal) aero advantages. Featuring the iconic number 17, along with a stylised Mustang pony, DJR Team Penske, Tickford Racing and Ford Performance logos on top of the camo pattern, it was a memorable first outing for the new Supercar which was test driven by both then DJR Team Penske drivers Scott McLaughlin and Fabian Coulthard and would ultimately go on to be quite a fast and successful package for Ford teams in Supercars.

Produced in high detail die-cast featuring fully opening parts, we're very happy with how this model has been produced, it's a really special one for fans of the history of both Ford Performance, DJR / DJR Team Penske, Tickford Racing and the Supercars Championship. It can't be missed.

Our next model release for this week is the Boost Mobile Racing Mustang driven by James Courtney during the 2020 Supercars Championship Season. It was a wild year for Courtney in 2020, starting the year with Team Sydney and then parting ways with them to land at Tickford Racing to drive the #44 Boost Mustang. This striking silver and black Mustang was a real head turner and we know many collectors have been waiting patently to add this model to their collections.

Last but not least and also no stranger to a crazy 2020 Supercars season is the Milwaukee Racing Mustang driven by Will Davison. Davison completed the first round at the Adelaide 500 in this car where he scored two top 5 finishes before the COVID-19 pandemic hit Australia and ultimately forced Milwaukee to pull their sponsorship which ended the team, leaving the popular veteran without a drive. History shows that Davison bounced back from the setback, securing a co-drive at the 2020 Bathurst 1000 with Cam Waters and Monster Energy Racing, finishing in 2nd place (which we have also released and is available here) and then landing at Dick Johnson Racing for a full time drive in 2021 where he currently remains.
